Wadih Bargach spent eight years at Accenture architecting enterprise platforms and leading digital commerce programs for Fortune 500 brands, watching transformation stalls, budget overruns, and unrealized AI potential, and understanding exactly why they happen.
Following a role as Sales & Commerce Transformation Global Lead (Partner) at IBM, guiding C-suite leaders through multi-year enterprise transformations across platforms, data, and operating models, Wadih launched Agentium Group to bring that senior-level depth directly to clients without the overhead of a large consultancy.
Today, Agentium Group combines that practitioner heritage with a forward-looking AI-first practice. Among the first commerce consultancies to deploy autonomous AI agents across the full commerce lifecycle, the firm brings clients a rare blend of strategic depth and hands-on delivery insight.
